Website Terms and Conditions for Glyn Parry Photography Services

• Acceptance of Terms:

  • By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Intellectual Property:

  • All content, including images, text, and graphics on this website, is the intellectual property of Glyn Parry Photo, protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

• Booking, Payment and Cancellation:

  • Booking of all photography services is subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed-upon payment.

  • All courses & Field Trips - To confirm a booking you are required to pay in full when you place your order - a non-refundable deposit of €60 is included within the price. We will immediately email you to acknowledge your order and confirmation of payment. 

  • If you or other members of your party (in the case of block bookings) wish to cancel a booking you must advise me in writing via email at least 28 days before the booking commencement date.  For cancellations made within this time, you will be refunded the booking fee, less the deposit.  For cancellations made less than 28 days before the booking commencement date, you will be liable for the full booking fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any course or field trip. Should this occur, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably possible. Upon cancellation, we will offer you a full refund of your payment (including deposit) for the booking(s), or you can transfer any payments already made to an alternative course or field trip or an archival print(s) featured on this website at the time.

• Use of Images:

  • Clients grant Glyn Parry Photo the right to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and marketing materials. Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing.

• Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information regarding the photo shoot, including locations, dates, and any specific requirements.

• Privacy Policy:

  • Glyn Parry Photo respects the privacy of clients and visitors. Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing photography services and will not be shared with third parties.

• Disclaimer:

  • Glyn Parry Photo is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of this website or all of the photography services listed therein . Clients assume responsibility for their safety and safety of all of their equipment during all photographic events. Clients on field trips must ensure footwear and other clothing is adequate and suitable to suit potential conditions such as rocks, mud and sand.

• Force Majeure:

  • Glyn Parry Photo is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government actions.

• Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction of Glyn Parry Photo

• Legal Age:

  • All participants must be aged 18 years or over on the day of the booking. Under 18’s are welcome to attend, but must be accompanied by a participating adult.

• Updates to Terms:

  • Glyn Parry Photo reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.

• Transport

  • Transport is not provided
